Here's the story Jim was discussing on air regarding a school that is calling itself 'gender inclusive' by dropping the title of 'boys & girls.' If you're wondering why we are headed to that place down under (and we do not mean Australia!) in a very large hand basket, look no further than this story.

A school in Lincoln Nebraska is attempting to do away with gender specific titles like 'boys' or 'girls' and instead wants to call all the students one title which would be 'purple penguins.' Rather than lining up the 'purple penguins' by male or female lines, to break away from gendered expressions, the teachers have been encouraged to segregate the children by whether they like skateboards or bikes. Or they could segregate them by whether they enjoy milk or juice.

As Jim said on the air, what would be next? We stop calling a gingerbread man by his gender inclusive name any longer. Moving forward we will be calling him the "gingerbread penguin" or the "gingerbread person."

Below is a video from Fox News reporting on the gender inclusive school.

What do you think? Would you rather our students be free of terms such as "boys" and "girls" and have them replaced with gender inclusive terms?
