Union County prosecutors say that Dearn Marcano, of Plainfield, was killed around 9 p.m. Saturday after a group of men got out of a vehicle and fired more than a dozen shots.

Prosecutors say the shooting occurred near West Third Street and Manson Place and the other three men were found nearby.

Union County prosecutor spokesman Mark Spivey says the other three men remained at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick Sunday morning. All three are Plainfield residents and their injuries aren't believed to be life threatening.

Authorities are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
