Another truck driver has been charged with using trickery to try and avoid tolls on the George Washington Bridge. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey says Miguel Vivar was stopped at 8 a.m. Friday trying to cross the bridge into New York.

Port Authority Police spokesman Al Della Fave says Officer Jason Malice saw the front license plate of the tractor-trailer was missing and the rear plate was obscured. He arrested Vivar.

Police say the Cliffside Park resident had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court for a previous toll evasion charge. He's awaiting arraignment on the latest theft charge.

In October, a Virginia trucker was stopped at the bridge after allegedly using a cable to flip his front license plate.
