But the cause of the crash in Vineland remains under investigation.

The accident occurred around 8:40 a.m. Tuesday in the area of East Avenue and Garden Road. The bus came to a stop in a nearby wooded area, nearly hitting some trees.

Four children were aboard the bus. The students and their driver were all treated at the scene for minor injuries, while the SUV's driver and a passenger were both taken to hospitals.

None of the injuries were considered life-threatening.
