MLB.com reports the Phillies have dealt leadoff man Victorino to the Dodgers for reliever Josh Lindblom and minor league pitcher Ethan Martin. They have also trader rightfielder  Hunter Pence to the San Francisco Giants for a minor leaguer.

Victorino is a three-time Gold Glove center fielder, where the Dodgers have reigning Gold Glover Matt Kemp. But Kemp told the club he would move to left field if it meant acquiring a player like Victorino, who hasn't played left field since 2006 reports MLB.com.

The Dodgers drafted "The Flyin' Hawaiian" in the sixth round of the 1999 First-Year Player Draft, then  lost him in the Rule 5 Draft.

Philadelphia also gets a player to be named later or cash for the 31-year-old Victorino, who can become a free agent after the season.

Victorino is batting .261 with nine homers, 40 RBIs and 24 steals. He helped the Phillies win five straight NL East titles and the 2008 World Series championship.

Lindblom is 2-2 with a 3.02 ERA in 48 relief appearances for Los Angeles.
