The driver of a car that drove down the Philadelphia Art Museum steps has been ordered by a judge to stay away from the museum.

Eman Faki was arraigned today on on a reckless endangerment charge for his late night ride on October 25 and released on his own recognizance according to NBC Philadelphia. He was warned by the judge to stay away from the museum until a hearing on December 18.

The college student from Turkey drove his BMW down the steps made famous in the "Rocky" movies, causing about $8,000 worth of damage. Faki says his emergency brake failed and he had to jump in the car to help guide it down the stairs. He managed to turn the convertible around before speeding off. Police impounded the car to perform their own inspection of the brakes.
