Person struck, killed by Amtrak train in NJ
A trespasser was struck by an Amtrak train and killed Wednesday along the Northeast Corridor in New Brunswick.
Train service along the Northeast Corridor between New York and New Jersey was halted for a time, as police responded and an investigation began.
NJ Transit website, New Jersey rail tickets and passes are also being cross-honored out of 33rd St., World Trade Center, Hoboken and Newport."
Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
