Prosecutor John Lenahan tells the South Jersey Times police responded to a report of an unresponsive child on Wednesday and found the girl in cardiac arrest. The girl died little more than an hour later at a hospital.

Lenahan says an autopsy showed the child died after suffering a lacerated liver from blunt force trauma.

Lenahan says Oliver was also watching three other children, who were unharmed.
