Front desk staff is always excellent and efficient doing everything with a smile.
The staff at check out was quick and friendly. I was taken back promptly and the
person who did my EKG and blood pressure explained everything she was doing.
She has a very calm demeanor. I tend to get a bit nervous when I am at a
doctor's office so this is very helpful. Dr. Tripathi is always concerned and caring.

Had a surgery follow-up appointment with Dr South who is not my usual
cardiologist. He answered all my questions and made my wife and I feel at ease
at the appointment. He was great!!!

Everyone at Hamilton Cardiology is very helpful and really seems genuinely
happy to help. Whenever I call with a question, I receive help promptly. I really
can't think of anything that needs to be approved upon. And of course, Dr. Ryder
just can't be beat. I never feel slighted or hurried at all with him and he explains
things in way that anyone can understand. I have already told others that if they
ever need a cardiologist, they have to go to Ryder. In fact, my sister found him
first and passed the word to me. What more can I say? You guys are terrific!

Dr. Wjasow was amazing; she put me at ease during a very scary time.
Brian, the discharge clerk, was extremely helpful organizing all my follow up
testing and appointments. Took our concerns and made it all happen when we
needed it to.

It is always a pleasure to see how the technicians and nurses are so patient with
seniors that might not be so cooperative on account of senior issues. Everybody
is so kind and they try very hard and always have a smile. Thank you!

I really liked the level of professional treatment I received today. Dr. Caplan was
very kind and I believe he has a good course of treatment for me. The staffs at
the front desk, the nurse, and the EKG technician were all very friendly. The
employee checking me out was professional and worked to get me appointments
that fit my schedule.

I cannot say enough praise about ALL your staff. From the stress test to the two
tests at Madison today - excellent staff but then I have the BEST Cardiologist
ever...and I tell all your staff they are very fortunate to work for your Dr.
Ghusson! I love Diane Marolda, APN-C, and have seen several of the Doctors on
your staff – excellent!

Upon arrival Tracey cannot be more helpful and always has a smile for you. On departure Brian has the same demeanor, helpful and very accommodating as to time/day of next appt. The EKG tech could not be more helpful dueling the EKG and taking vitals. Just a pleasant experience.

Dr Jay Patel is a wonderful cardiologist. He was kind and patient and we did not feel rushed through the appointment. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable.

I would like to publicly recognize all the personnel that interact with me while visiting HCA. I am not too good with names, but the lady that checked me in, I think her name is Alessandra, or Sandra, great personality, very professional, Stacey, the nurse who did my initial interview as well, Dr. Aarti Patel - great professional, it made me feel right at home, and lastly but not list Diane, who checked me out, great person, excellent job. Although I did not directly interact with Angela, I left with the impression that she is also a great communicator, and people's person. Congratulations to HCA for having put together such exceptional staff.
