Highest temperatures yesterday reached the mid to upper 80s.

It was as high as 89 in Mount Holly.  Of course, it was cooler near the ocean with a sea breeze, as will be the case today.

Interestingly enough, there were a few lone showers that popped up in Sussex, Warren, and Western Morris County yesterday, which was a bit of a surprise.

Although it's not in the newscast, I suppose I can't rule out a shower in far Northwest New Jersey at some point later today. High temperatures in the upper 80s, but cooler at the beach.

Clear to partly cloudy for the nighttime hours ahead with lows in the low to mid 60s, but 70 or 72 near the ocean.

Some clouds Friday, I mentioned the chance of a late shower, probably not until late in the day at the earliest, and maybe not until Friday night.  Highs tomorrow will be near 90, but cooler at the beach.

Clouds and some sun this weekend, but still the threat of a few passing showers either day.  Highs Saturday in the mid to upper 80s, and 88 to 92 Sunday, but it will be cooler both days near the ocean.

The ocean water temperatures remain in the very warm mid to even upper 70s.
