Dog Reunited With Owners – A dog that was thrown from a moving car on the Parkway is showing signs of improvement this morning. Lima, female terrier mix was tossed near exit 116 in Holmdel around noon on Saturday then hit by another car. A state trooper rushed the dog to a vet. We know this morning the dog was stolen from her home in Keansburg just hours before she was thrown from the car. A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the driver.

He had to be airlifted to the hospital but his condition is not known.

But witnesses say the two cars were drag racing. That’s when the car crashed.killing the passenger, 18-year old Josue Romero.

Stuck between the boards – Just how a Pennsylvania woman got her leg wedged int the boardwalk at Berkely Island Park remains unclear this morning. The gap between the boards was about four inches. But her leg slid all the way down to the knee. A nail punctured her leg making it swell and extraction that much more difficult. She had been crabbing near the pier when she slipped. It took almost 90-minutes to get her free.

New Jersey’s Dividing Line – Where does north Jersey end and south Jersey begin? Before you start yelling at your radio or mobile device, just know this – there is no one correct answer. But in a five -part series, beginning today, we take a closer look at New Jersey, our divided state.
