This is the story Jim spoke about this morning regarding an opera singer who can no longer perform due to what is termed as "uncontrollable flatulence."

Singer Amy Herbst is suing an Army hospital in Kentucky after allegedly screwing up a procedure that has prevented her from returning to the opera stage.

The reported injuries happened while Herbst was in the Army hospital giving birth to her first child with husband US Army Staff Sgt. James Herbst.  The couple said the nurse and midwife Tiffany Williams performed a episiotomy without telling them.

The reported episiostomy has caused Herbst "quite a bit of discomfort and excessive flatulence." And according to her lawyer the "prognosis of a fully of a fully successful repair is pretty low."
