This marching band performance will shock you from start to finish, and it's more than nine minutes long!

During halftime of the OSU/Nebraska football game this weekend, the Ohio State University Marching Band took on some of history's greatest video games, including Tetris, Pac-Man, Halo and Super Mario Bros. They didn't just play the theme music, though; they recreated the characters, props and settings.

One wonders how much time is dedicated to perfecting a performance like this. A commenter on YouTube joked, "I bet that marching band worked harder than the actual sports teams."

See how many video game references you recognize!
