JERSEY CITY — The director of the Hudson County Jail has been accused of cursing out a sheriff's department officer, calling him a 'white motherf--ker' after he told her to get off a cell phone while driving.

The Jersey Journal reported that a complaint was filed by the officer about the incident.

The complaint, according to the newspaper, alleges the incident began began Monday at 10:30 a.m. in an employee parking lot at Pavonia and Central avenues in Jersey City, when the officer noticed Castillo, who is black, in the car with her phone, and gestured for her to hang up.

The officer alleges she responded: "I'm not on the phone, you lying motherf---er" — one of a series of profane, hostile statements he claims she made. At one point during the incident, he says, she asked "Don't you know who I am, you fat motherf---er?"

She also allegedly said called the officer a "white motherf---er" and said he's "the guy on the news causing all these problems." She reportedly acknowledged making the statements to a lieutenant who arrived to help the officer.

Castillo showed her ID after the officer threatened to jail her on obstruction charges according the newspaper.

Representatives for the Hudson County Jail and the Sheriff's Office did not return messages seeking comment.
