BURLINGTON COUNTY


Join the City of Burlington for a fun for the whole family historical ghost tour. The tours will introduce you to the ghosts from Burlington and our Nation's past and they will tell you their own stories. You will be guided along the waterfront and Wood Street as well as two historic graveyards learning things from Blackbeard, Ben Franklin, Oliver Cromwell, General Grant and several others. Tours depart starting at 6:30 pm both nights leaving every half hour till 8:30 pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for seniors and students.

Don't miss RISE of the Jack O'Lanterns as it makes its much-anticipated NJ debut! See 5,000 hand-carved illuminated jack o'lanterns creatively arranged along a scenic walking path and set to a musical score. A unique, family-friendly experience, RISE will include characters from American pop culture, multi-pumpkin artistic structures including life-sized dinosaurs and dragons, and intricately carved 100-pound pumpkins. With multiple live carving stations, visitors can also watch talented RISE artists create the different displays seen in the show. The pumpkin trail at RISE of the Jack O'Lanterns is indoors, well-lit and well-staffed to ensure that the fun is always safe and enjoyable for visitors of all ages. The Annual Hoboken House Tour will feature up to 10 homes and condos graciously opened to visitors by Museum supporters to help us raise funds. From turn-of-the century craftsmanship to the beautiful views from a waterfront loft apartment, the tour opens doors to Hoboken's eclectic lifestyle. Some homes display a designer's touch; others feature the unique tastes and collections of the homeowners. The self-guided tour takes about 2 to 3 hours on foot.
