Perhaps there is another state in the country that won't let you get off a road without EZ Pass, lest you pass a stiff fine. But it sure seems "typical Jersey!"

If you take the Parkway South and plan to get off the new Sayreville Exit 125, you'd better have EZ Pass or face a possible stiff fine.

The NJ Turnpike Authority board voted to make it a cashless $1.50 toll.

Only three people objected, one at the public meeting and two in writing. So there you have it.

I've noticed one heading westbound on the AC Expressway about two years ago that is also cashless. Either have EZ Pass or go alllllll the way around to get on that road.

Do you think they want to force everyone into their devious, money sucking racket? I do.
