Not ‘The Dress’, but what color is this shirt?

In no way trying to rival The Dress here; nothing will ever top that. Yet I have to ask. Look at this picture and tell me what color is my wife's shirt? She, along with my son and daughter insist it is blue. I see a mint green, nothing even close to blue. Am I completely color blind? We took a closeup picture of the sleeve to really focus on it and nothing else. How is this possibly blue? Do I need an eye doctor?
