The snow and rain have stopped in parts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts, but snow continues to fall in upstate New York and northern New England.

A storm that is now blamed for at least 16 deaths brought high winds and cold rain to the East Coast's largest cities -- New York, Philadelphia and Boston. Other areas saw a messy mix of rain and snow.

Parts of New Hampshire could get as much as 18 inches of snow before the storm moves on into Canada tomorrow.

The storm hasn't caused widespread power outages in the Northeast -- unlike harder-hit places to the south, including Arkansas, where 200,000 homes and businesses lost power.
