This recipe is my secret weapon! I've been telling Craig Allen that for years. It contains two of my fave things- chocolate and peanut butter. And, they're so easy to make, especially if you're in a pinch and want to bring something special with you when you're invited to someone's home.

I've been making them and yes, eating them for years and giving them as gifts to the people I love around the holidays or just because. Just wrap them up in a pretty box, cookie tin or holiday cellophane with ribbon and you're good to go!

So now that my secret's out, I hope you make them, enjoy them and share them with your family and friends at Thanksgiving or anytime.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Mix together (with wooden spoon):

  • 1 cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky
  • 2 sticks melted margarine
  • 1 pound box of confectionery sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers, or graham cracker crumbs

How to make it:

Put this mixture into a well greased cookie sheet and pour over it a 12 ounce bag of melted chocolate morsels. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Remove and slice into 2"X 2" squares. Leave in pan and put back in the fridge.  Serve cold.

They're fantastic!

They also make a nice gift.  Stack the squares on a plate cover with holiday cellophane and tie cellophane with a ribbon.
