Join the NJ101.5 morning show today for a very special live broadcast aboard the Battleship New Jersey to pay tribute to veterans and our active military.

Jim kicked off the broadcast in style on the Battleship New Jersey with Fast Traffic's Bob Williams playing "Reveille," and the Garden State Chorale performing "An American Trilogy." See the opening of the show in the video below.

During the 7 a.m. hour, the Bonsal Blues Band, perform one of Jim's favorite patriotic songs "Stars & Stripes Forever." See the performance below.

The gun team on the Battleship New Jersey had a very special surprise for Jim. Ken Kersch, who is part of the Gun Crew, offered to have Jim shoot one of the guns on the ship. Jim happily accepted and became a honorary member of the Gun Crew. Watch Jim fire off the gun in this clip below.

Meteorologist Dan Zarrow and Traffic North reporter Bob Williams were engaged in a heated battle of, well, what else, a game of Battleship! See a portion of their game below.

To wrap up the broadcast, Bob Williams performed "Taps." Watch the patriotic ending below.
