NJ Weedman Violates Probation and Receives 9 Month Sentence
NJ Weedman is in the news again and it looks as if this time he will not be avoiding jail time.
Ed Forchion, the man who is known as NJ Weedman, received nine months in the Burlington County jail for failing to sign up with the probation department after he was sentenced back in January to two years probation on an 2010 drug charge.
According to an article, the judge was upset that Forchion did not report right away for probation. Now NJ Weedman is facing a harsher sentence than he would’ve received if he had been convicted of the April 2010 charge.
Forchion has apologized and the judge has allowed him to complete his medical treatment for bone tumors in California and then return to finish his sentence.
