A NJ business owner named Mary called Jim this morning to discuss the impacts of the minimum wage hike on small businesses in NJ.

Everyone talks about how the minimum wage will help workers on how the big box stores will not really feel the affects of the hike. What no one seems to be discussing though, is how the hike will ultimately effect small businesses around NJ.

Mary, who is a small business owner, shares her side of the minimum wage hike and the difficulties the hike will face moving forward because of this.
