A disoriented person is missing and the New Jersey State Police needs your help.

Anyone seeing an elderly black male 74 years old, height 5' 11" weight 170 lbs. with brown eyes and salt and pepper hair. He gets confused easily and was last seen at 13 Chablis Court, Monroe Twp., Middlesex County, enroute to BJs Wholesale Club in Hamilton Township, Mercer County.

He was last seen driving a 2002 tan Buick Lesabre with NJ license plate YSY52C.
