We don't want to say that people shouldn't be given a fair trial or that people aren't innocent until proven guilty. But on the rare occasions, maybe sometimes you can just skip the trail. Here's an example of that theory.  A great example of our theory is a Linden man who lost his appeal on a robbery of a Dunkin' Donuts for which he will be behind bars until 2027.

Now normally, if he's appealing the case, you'd think maybe there is some evidence to show that he is innocent. But when you take a look at Joseph Delibero’s mugshot, doesn't it kind of scream "GUILTY?"
