A Clifton man was charged with drunken driving after a NJ Transit Train headed for Hoboken struck his vehicle Saturday, according to published reports.

Ediberto Rodriguez, 50, was injured when his silver 2001 Toyota Tundra was struck near Railroad Street and Industrial Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ Transit spokeswoman Nancy Snyder told NorthJersey.com.

According to the article, Rodrigues was charged by police with driving while intoxicated as well as interference with transportation.
