Did you ever think you'd see the day when a group of New Jersey politicians would fly to Colorado to investigate the possibilities of legalizing marijuana?

The fact that it's happening right now moves New Jersey one step closer to legalization. The group, led by State Senator Nick Scutari (D-Union), is seeing firsthand the entire operation of how marijuana is grown, cultivated and sold. They're seeing not only the money that can be made by selling it, but also the jobs that will be created at all the facilities.

The know New Jersey wants it. A Rutgers-Eagleston poll shows 58 percent would support legalization. They also know that New Jersey is going to need the revenue that it will generate.

I think the fact that they're actually in Colorado investigating the possibilities really moves the needle towards legalization. It won't be long now.
