The chairman of the Assembly's transportation committee sent a letter Wednesday to State Police Superintendent Col. Rick Fuentes asking him to appear at the hearing on Monday.

The Associated Press obtained a copy of the letter.

Two troopers have been suspended without pay and 10 commanders have been transferred while the state conducts an investigation that was ordered by the state Attorney General.
