Does Greater Visibility = Greater Safety for NJ School Buses? [POLL]

You heard Jim talking about this earlier this morning, State Senator Donald Norcross is drawing up legislation to have every NJ school bus fitted with a strobe light for extra visibility. There have been eight reported school bus accidents since February and this would assist other drivers in seeing the oncoming bus.

Would it really help prevent accidents, though? One listener asked the question 'What happens if the bus STILL gets into an accident, then what?' Maybe then we outfit the bus with a Mariachi band so that NJ drivers can HEAR them coming also?
