Motorists continue to see sharply lower prices at the pumps in New Jersey.

AAA Mid-Atlantic says the average price of regular gasoline in New Jersey on Friday was $3.33, down 6 cents from last week. It's also much less than the price from a year ago, when motorists were paying $3.64.

Meanwhile, the national average price fell by 7 cents to $3.45. That's also much lower than the national average from a year ago, which was $3.63.

This is the eleventh straight week prices have fallen in New Jersey.

“Industry analysts believe prices at the pump will fall another 5 to 20 cents before the Independence Day holiday," said Mid Atlantic AAA spokesman Tracy Noble.  "As crude oil continues to trend lower, gas prices will follow suit for the foreseeable future.”
