MIDDLETOWN -- A top-ranked New York City hospital is opening a cancer center in New Jersey.

State and medical officials will be on hand Monday at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Middletown.

The three-story outpatient treatment center will feature operating rooms and a dedicated rehabilitation program.

Memorial Sloan Kettering officials say the center will offer patients easier access to treatments and clinical trials.
