New study suggests coffee can help you live longer
Go ahead have another cup of coffee, you’ll live longer.
So says a new study published in the journal Circulation.
The study found that people who drank 3-5 cups of coffee per day had about a 15 percent lower risk of mortality compared to people who didn’t drink coffee. Perhaps life seemed longer because they were awake so much? Previous research has pointed to a decreased risk of stroke. There's also some evidence that a coffee habit cuts the risk of Type 2 diabetes as well.
As a coffee-holic myself, this is great news to me. How much coffee do you drink per day? Where is the best cup of coffee in New Jersey?
