New Jersey’s most embarrassing Google searches

Real estate website Estately compiled 11 years of Google search data to see which terms users in each state Googled more than any other. According to Estately, these terms were selected because they were found to be "particularly embarrassing or shameful."

These are New Jersey's four most embarrassing Google searches:

1. Ashley Madison

In light of the recent Ashley Madison hack and leak of user email addresses, joining the dating service dedicated to cheating on your significant other is probably not a good idea. Also, cheating is bad. Anyone whose Google search led them to joining this classy website deserves to feel the repercussions.

2. Pubic lice

I don't want to jump to conclusions here, but maybe this is related to the first entry on the list? Do a lot of New Jerseyans really encounter this problem? Yikes.

3. Jonas Brothers lyrics

I'm hot
You're cold
You go around
Like you know
Who I am
But you don't
You've got me on my toes

4. Frosted tips

Is this going to be our generation's version of the Corvette once a lot of us reach a midlife crisis? If so, I'll take the Corvette any day of the week. Bad idea. Very bad idea.

Which one of these awful Google searches do you find to be New Jersey's most embarrassing? You could make a good case for all of them, but my pick has to be the second entry on this list. Really? Public lice?! C'mon, we're better than that.
