New Jersey is one of the most technologically dependent states in the country. No, I don’t have stats to back this up, I have experience and observation. We live in a state that houses thousands and thousands of businessmen and women and sales representatives who commute to New York City, Philadelphia, Newark or Jersey City on a daily basis.

New Jersey also holds a large amount of spoiled high school students who have to have the newest, coolest, prettiest thing available immediately or else a screaming match ensues. I have a younger sister who can relate to this.

As technology has advanced in recent years, companies like Apple, Google and Facebook have made system updates, new software and the stock market a trendy, mainstream conversation topic for people of all ages. Lines for the iPhone 5 stretched outside of every Apple Store in the world.

Big companies have noticed this change and have become more competitive. Apple is doing anything they can to block sales of the new Samsung Galaxy S3, including filing a lawsuit.

Now Blackberry, not to be forgotten has decided to take steps in revolutionizing their brand to keep up in the “arms race”. Today, RIM announced the new model for the Blackberry 10.

In the day and age of being judged by what type of smartphone you use, I have to know which brand New Jerseyans find to be the best. Take our poll and leave your thoughts in the comment section below.
