Matthew Crisafi of Hampton, N.H., was charged Thursday with three firearms trafficking offenses. He was scheduled to make an initial court appearance Thursday and will be transferred to New Jersey.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says the 38-year-old Crisafi, an independent trucking company owner, used the website Black Market Reloaded to negotiate with a buyer who was actually an undercover officer. He's accused of selling multiple semi-automatic handguns and rifles to the officer estimated to be worth more than $11,000 on the black market.

Crisafi allegedly shipped some of the firearms through New Jersey, where they were seized by law enforcement officials.

It wasn't immediately known if Crisafi had an attorney.
