More Enterovirus in Hamilton - There are new concerns this morning about the enterovirus. A second preschooler from the Yardville Elementary School is being tested. It was revealed this weekend a student at the school died from entero. School officials are sanitizing the building. Hamilton mayor Kelly Yaede says the entire community must remain vigilant about preventing the spread of entero. Entero virus has sickened more than 500 people in 43 states, almost all of them children.

The family of 4-year-old Eli Waller released a statement Sunday thanking the community for their support. They plan to stat a foundation in their son's honor.

Ebola in America- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention continues to track those that came in contact with Dallas Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan. Seven were health care workers and three were family or community contacts according to the director of the CDC. Duncan had been in Liberia before making his way to the United States.he head of the Centers for Disease Control will brief the president later today.

Meanwhile, an American photojournalist who got sick with Ebola while working for NBC in Liberia is due to arrive today at Medical Center in Nebraska.

"Scared to Die" - An Indiana aid worker held by the militant group Islamic State says he's afraid to die and is saddened by the pain his captivity must be causing his family. The 26-year-old wrote to his parents in June, saying "I am obviously pretty scared to die but the hardest part is not knowing, wondering, hoping, and wondering if i should even hope at all." he was taken captive in Syria a year ago.

Sayreville Football Scandal -  We still don't know if Sayreville High School will test its athletes for steroids. Last week’s arrest of the varsity team's defensive coordinator with a car full of steroids has raised questions about whether he was giving it to players. School officials won’t comment. State Senator Dick Codey (D-Livingston) says the arrest of the coach proves New Jersey needs more testing of high school athletes.

Meanwhile, there will be a meeting tonight at the high school to talk about the future of the football program...

Lakewood Players Arrested - Four Lakewood High School football players have been arrested for a string of armed robberies all on the same night. Police say they took a man's cellphone, then robbed a guy in his driveway then grabbed two women on another street. They also think the four teens are responsible for two more robberies in Toms River...

Every Move You Make - You might not realize it but a growing number of New Jersey residents are being monitored, their every movement is being tracked and recorded. One Garden State lawmaker wants to set strict guidelines on how this information can be used in the future.

Dirt Bike Accident - A 16-year old boy remains hospitalized this morning after his dirt bike hit a quad at a popular riding spot. He was riding in an old mining pit in Eagleswood Township. He was taken from the scene with neck and rib injuries but should recover. Police charged everyone there with criminal trespassing...

Tax Info Online - Until recently, all property tax information could be found on the Department of Community Affairs website, but most of it has been deleted. A bill approved by the full Assembly would require the state to reveal complete property tax data on the internet.

Search for Flight 370 Continues - The first of three ships has begun a renewed search for Malaysia Airlines flight 370, which disappeared while on a flight from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Beijing seven months ago. Crews are using sonar, video cameras and jet fuel sensors to scour the seabed of a stretch of the Indian Ocean. The search had been put on hold for four months so that crews could map the seabed in the search zone about 1,100 miles west of Australia.

Free Ride- "Toll-Free Tuesdays" begin on the Atlantic City Expressway tomorrow, eastbound from noon until midnight.

Limit on Filing Bills - We all know there are politicians in New Jersey who churn out bill after bill just trying to get recognized or to capitalize on a scandal or tragedy. That's crazy says one Assemblyman who has a measure to put a strict limit on the number of bills lawmakers can introduce.

Fight for Revel - A Florida developer is still after the Revel in Atlantic City. He lost his bid to a Canadian company during last week's bankruptcy auction but claims the process was rife with improprieties. Developer Glenn Straub will challenge the process at a hearing tomorrow and may offer more than the winning bid of $110million.

Driveway Accident - An elderly woman was pinned beneath a car in her Gloucester Township driveway. Her 84-year old sister got out of the car to help her load some stuff into the trunk and apparently left the car in gear. It rolled backward. Police used a jack to lift the car and free her. She remains hospitalized this morning.

Cancer Danger - Obesity is on the rise and is now a major factor when it comes to the growing cancer burden in New Jersey and across the country.
