New Documentary About Early Days of Music Downloading Should Be Good [VIDEO]

Remember the ORIGINAL Napster, before it was bought by Rhapsody? Back in the day, Napster was the pioneer of pirating music. Simply type in the name of a song you wanted, click “download” and voilà, you had a free, illegal copy of the song for your mix CD. This new documentary will teach us about the people behind Napster.

‘Downloaded’ will premiere at the South by Southwest Festival (SXSW) in early March. It should give a lot of us more insight into the dawn of the file-sharing and digital music eras and how Napster paved the way for iTunes.

Check out the trailer for ‘Downloaded’ below.
