Passaic County prosecutors say they've filed charges of child endangerment and promoting the prostitution of a child against 50-year-old Thomas Weir.

Authorities say the charges brought Monday involve three former students who were taught by Weir when they were seventh-graders.

The 21-year veteran of the Paterson school district was first arrested Feb. 24 at a fast-food restaurant where authorities say Weir had arranged to meet a current student. Weir has pleaded not guilty in that case.

Weir has homes Monticello, N.Y. and Paterson. It wasn't clear Tuesday if he has retained a lawyer.
