Here's a gallery of 20 things to avoid doing before bed if you want a better night's sleep. Some are obvious, like drinking coffee. Others not as much, like eating chocolate (contains caffeine, which some people don't know), and doing anything with an electronic screen. That's hard though as so many of us have a smart phone right next to if not in bed with us. Then there's the statistic that 63% of people who sleep with their dogs experience poor rest. Yeah, no kidding. A bed is no place for your pet. Never understood people who did this.
