NJ murder suspect accused of beheadings says he loves women and weed
JERSEY CITY — A city man charged with the murder and decapitation of two men has testified about his love for women and smoking marijuana.
Yusuf Ibrahim was on the witness stand Wednesday. He's charged in the fatal shooting and mutilation of 25-year-old Hanny Tawadros and 27-year-old Amgad Konds.
Ibrahim faces two life sentences if he's convicted on all counts.
When asked by his attorney about his relationship with women, Ibrahim said he loves being around them, loves the way they "look, smell, the way they move, especially the way they talk."
Ibrahim also described himself to the court as a "local celebrity" who enjoys partying and believes marijuana should be legalized.
