Mullica Township Woman Run Over By Neighbor [VIDEO]

What transpired here is quite scary. An ongoing dispute between two neighbors in Mullica Township turned ugly when Julio Torres, 32, backed out of his driveway and ran over his neighbor after an argument.

According to NBC 40,

Police say the victim was run over be the truck's back tire after being dragged for a short distance. She is being treated at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center and although they did not know her exact condition, police say she was awake and alert.

Torres is being held at the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $100,000 bail.
