Marina Shaw could work in an easier education environment with a much easier commute than her hour and 15 minutes ride each way every day. She stays late, most days til after 5 helping students with their math, many of whom do not even speak English.

She somehow gets her message across and sincerely believes in what she's doing and is ridiculously dedicated to the education of her kids at school. Even hearing about people that care this much about helping young people learn is inspirational, but to see it first hand must be a blessing to those around her.
