Mouse seen in Bergen County Home Depot leaves woman traumatized

A woman claims she was attacked by a mouse in a Bergen County Home Depot and has suffered physical and psychological damage ever since. While I seriously doubt any permanent physical damage was done by the mouse, I can totally see the psychological damage being real. Her lawsuit states that she has nightmares about mice and that she looks at her plate when she is eating to make sure there are no mice there.

After I spotted a mouse in our kitchen a couple of weeks ago, every time I opened a cabinet, I expected to see a mass of wriggling mice in there. The paranoia even went so far that when I lifted the toilet lid, I anticipated seeing mice swimming in the bowl! So, I can understand her psychological trauma. As far as damages go, I say give her 10 bucks.
