BAYONNE, N.J. (AP) -- Authorities say drug paraphernalia was found in a Bayonne home where a 35-year-old woman and her 19-year-old daughter died.

But they have not yet determined the cause of death for Melanie Polito and her daughter, Ashley Baez, who were discovered Tuesday morning.

Executive Assistant Hudson County prosecutor Gene Rubino tells The Jersey Journal that Polito's boyfriend was shoveling snow on Tuesday and discovered her body in the living room when he returned.

Rubino says there were no visible signs of trauma on the bodies.

Authorities are awaiting the results of toxicology testing, which could take several weeks to complete.
