More Enterovirus in New Jersey - There are two more confirmed cases of Enterovirus in New Jersey. State health officials won’t give any information on the kids other than to say they were preschool or elementary school age and have since recovered. The Center for Disease Control is continuing to look into paralysis as a possible side effect of the infection...

First U.S. Ebola Case - The first Ebola patient diagnosed in the U.S. is in isolation at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. The male patient had arrived from Liberia September 20th, but did not show symptoms of the virus until days later.

AC Fire - Flames lit up the night sky in Atlantic City as several buildings burn just a block from the boardwalk. Both commercial and residential, at least two of the buildings collapsed. Eight people, including three children, escaped the flames.

Licenses for Illegals? - There are more than half a million undocumented immigrants living in the Garden State illegally but a new report concludes the time has come to let these individuals get drivers licenses, so they can drive legally and the New Jersey legislature could take up the issue in the coming weeks.

Jets Player Charged - The New York Jets are dealing with a domestic violence case involving one of their players. Rookie wide receiver Quincy Enunwa was charged with assault and domestic violence right after the league put in place a mandatory six week suspension for first time offenders. Enunwa is on the practice squad meaning he is not active for games. A judge gets the first look at the case today...

More Charges - An update this morning on the case of the high school football star arrested for slugging a girl at a local beauty pageant. Police now say the girl has also been charged with simple assault. 17-year old Millville senior Rob Ennis is charged with aggravated assault. He had committed to play college ball at Purdue.

Signs Not Enough - The father of a woman who lost her life in a multi-vehicle crash on Kozloski Road in Freehold on August 19th is calling on Monmouth County officials to come up with a permanent safety solution. Tony DeLuccio says signs warning motorists to slow down aren't enough. County officials say they are working with the state department of transportation to come up with a permanent solution...but before anything can be done...a traffic study needs to be conducted first.

Surviving Victory Bridge Jump - Another attempted suicide from the Victory Bridge but the teen who made the leap Monday night is expected to survive. Rescuers found the 19-year old in the water screaming for help. He is hospitalized with a broken pelvis. Local residents have increased calls for safety barriers to prevent a spike in the number of jumpers off the bridge.

Texting and Walking - We've heard of the dangers of texting and driving, but distracted walking is becoming quite a problem for teens.

Charged with Threatening - The sister of the Boston Marathon bomber is charged with harasement for allegedly phoning a woman and telling her she knew people who could bomb her home. Ailina Tsarnaev lives in North Bergen and denies making that threat. The woman she is accused of targeting was once involved with her husband.

Gov's Numbers Fall - Governor Christie trails Hillary Clinton by double digits in a hypothetical 2016 presidential race and his approval rating is at its lowest in over three years. There's really no good news for Christie in today's Quinnipiac University poll.

Ticket Increase - PATH fares are going up today. 25-cents for a single ride ticket. Weekly tickets are now $29...and a monthly pass is $89.

Pay Increase - Minimum wage workers in New Jersey will get a raise next year. It's the first year of automatic raises tied to the rate of inflation. In 2015 the minimum wage will be $8.38 an hour, up 13 cents.

Secret Service Lapses - As members of Congress question the competency of the Secret Service following a Sept. 19 White House breach, more embarrassing disclosures are coming to light. Just three days before a man armed with a knife got into the White House, an armed security contractor with a criminal record rode an elevator with President Obama at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta.

Playing Games on the Run - Police have still not found a survivalist who killed a state trooper in the Poconos and is hiding out in the woods. Searchers found two pipe bombs in their search for Eric Frein and believe he is toying with them in a section of woods he knows very well.

Drone Shooting - This is probably not the first time we're going to hear this kind of story. It seems these drone cameras are everywhere. A guy in Lower Township didn't like the fact his neighbor was taking aerial photos of his house so he shot the drone out of the sky with a shotgun. That's a no-no and he's been arrested.

Black Bear In Custody - A black bear that had been romping around a North Jersey town has finally been captured. He had escaped up several trees with animal control hot on his heels until they tranquilized him and moved him to a safer place.

Getting Off Drugs - Governor Christie is again speaking out about drug addiction this time in a Newark church stressing the need to get users into treatment, not jail.

Higher and Higher - The bidding is going higher on the failed Revel casino. A company that owns casinos in Las Vegas and the Bahamas is going head to head with Florida developer and the bidding is reportedly up to around $110million. Revel cost over two billion to build.

Pension Relief - Trump Entertainment is asking a judge to let them out of their pension obligations with workers saying if they are forced to continue funding union worker pensions it will hurt efforts to reorganize and keep the Taj Mahal open.
