First All-Female Legislative Team Elected In Monmouth [VIDEO]

The Republican Legislative team for the newly drawn 11th District made history in last night’s elections.

The new district spans across Monmouth County, including Neptune, Asbury Park, and West Long Branch. The reason for history being made? Senator Jennifer Beck, Assemblywoman Caroline Casagrande and Assemblywoman Mary Pat Angelini now comprise the first all-women legislative team in the state’s history.

The trio successfully held off Raymond Santiago, Vin Gopal, and Kathy Horgan from the Democratic side.
