Missing Dunellen Teenage Girl Found

New Jersey State Police and Dunellen & Piscataway Police have located missing Dunellen teen Samantha Heckel.

No details were offered except that she was found safe.

Her family earlier confirmed to the Star-Ledger a post on Reddit stating she was with a 16-year-old "runaway runaway" named Bryan and they may have taken a train to Newark. According to the family she was spotted walking through Dunellen on Tuesday and might have gone to Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Heckel had last been seen on Tuesday according to police; State Police issued a missing child alert on Wednesday afternoon.
