Missing Chinese tourist found dead after Princeton hit-and-run

PRINCETON — The body of a Chinese woman who went missing Thursday evening was found Saturday morning.

Police said Xufeng Huang, 69, was likely hit by a car.

A passerby discovered Huang's body 10 a.m. in a wooded area off Mercer Road near Gallup Road, police said. The road runs through a leafy residential area and has no sidewalks.

Huang was in the United States visiting her daughter, who lives in this township. She went missing early Thursday evening. Relatives were worried because she was not familiar with the neighborhood.

Police said they are not sure when Huang was struck by the car.

They ask anyone with information to call the Princeton police at 609-921-2100.
