Pageant say Ivy DePew was suffering from dehydration.

She was treated and released from a hospital after she apparently fainted during an awards presentation Tuesday night in Atlantic City, but then had to go back again Wednesday afternoon.

But she was onstage when the show began Wednesday night, using her introductory speech to thank a pageant sponsor -- the hospital that treated her.

DePew later performed "The Devil Went Down To Georgia" on the flute.

In Tuesday night's preliminary round, Miss Florida Victoria Cowen won the swimsuit competition, while Miss Ohio Mackenzie Bart won the talent competition for a ventriloquism routine.
