Last week the Governor of Florida signed a bill that would require all State employees to undergo  mandatory random drug testing. Would this work if it was brought to NJ? The private sector has already been doing this for years, shouldn't the public sector be subjected to the same treatment?

What would be the big deal in implementing this in the Garden State? Where would be the draw back here? The only reason you'd be against it is maybe if you were trying to hide something, correct? The ACLU and Labor leaders have already said that they are opposed to it, but why?
