Man in China turns out to be a woman

A man in China allegedly went to the doctor complaining of stomach pains only to discover (gasp!) that he was actually a woman experiencing menstrual pains. The patient was old enough to be married, so it’s hard to believe that this was her first experience with the “monthly visitor”, plus, she had no external male genitalia.

According to the Metro story, doctors first performed a CT scan, then a chromosome test, THEN took a look downstairs; they could have saved her insurance company money if they would have performed the visual recon first. It doesn’t say how old the woman is, but she is certainly old enough (since she’s married) to know the difference between men and women, so she should have noticed long ago that she didn’t have male parts.
